If you have been around for a while, and in my world for a while, you would have noticed that my podcast has changed its name, and it changed its name again. And I've had some rebranding done on my website. And so in this episode, I'm going to share with you a reflection of what this journey has been and where is my business going to next. Where I live in the Northern Hemisphere, it is now autumn. And autumn is traditionally a time when we harvest. It's a time when we let go, or rather, nature lets go of all the things that she no longer needs, like the leaves that are falling off and everything getting ready to go into the rest phase during winter. And so this is a beautiful time for all of you living in the Northern Hemisphere to possibly pause a little bit and reflect back on your year, see what it is that you are harvesting. You know, so often we are so used on going after the next goal and just pushing forward and looking at what's next, and we don't really allow ourselves that time to slow down and pause and reflect. So this is a beautiful time of year to do that and see what is it that you are harvesting, what is it that you are bringing out of your year and collecting out of your year, and what is it that you can let go? You are watching this at this time, and you're in the Southern hemisphere. This is springtime in the Southern Hemisphere. So now your reflection and your introspection would be on, what is it that you can plant? What new energy again, tapping into Mother Nature? What new energy can you harness? What plants can you seed? And what is it that you want to lay ahead for the next cycle that's coming up? So 2025 has been a year of becoming for me. I. I also call it the year of the big experiment in my business. I'll start by giving you a little bit of a Backstory. Back in 2022, I graduated as a feminine embodiment coach from the School of Embodied Arts. And that's also the year that I decided to take my business fully online. Up until that point, I had worked in person. I had run many workshops, I worked a lot with groups. And I decided that I wanted to take my work online so that I could reach more people. And because we had moved to a small little town in the countryside in Austria, and there weren't many people, or there still isn't many people here who speak English. So if I wanted to work in person, it would mean that there would be a lot of traveling involved. And for Me, right now, in the season where I'm in with two young kids, that is simply not an option. And so I decided to take my work online. And so I started working with the modality of feminine embodiment. And I was doing a lot of one on one work. Then again, I came to the point where I said, okay, now I need to take, take my work deeper. What is next? What is the direction that I'm going to take and what is it that I'm, that I'm here to do? Like, what kind of signature offers am I going to design? Who are the types of women that I'm here to serve? And how can I work in a way that doesn't extract from me, but that still pays me well? Because what had happened is I had brought with me into my new online business very many habits that I picked up in my corporate career many moons ago, and also a lot of, I suppose, conditioning and ways of working that was very hyper masculine, that was very focused on productivity and drive and pushing through. So to cut a very long story short, back in January of this year, I rebranded my podcast. It was called Beyond Burnout for Driven Women. So I rebranded my podcast, I rebranded my website, and the name and the direction just didn't feel right. But here's the thing, when I do something, I go all in. Because otherwise, what is the point? You know, if we just keep things stuck in our heads and we never actually put it out into the world, then how do we know if it's working? How do we know if it's right for us? So there's always, and it's not only in business, it's in life as well. There's always this line that we have to walk between becoming vulnerable and pursuing our dreams and, you know, doing things full out or standing only with like half a foot in your own life and not taking any risks, but then also not getting the rewards and the results that we truly, truly desire. And so I went all in. I rebranded everything. And I then realized that it wasn't the right direction. It didn't really feel true, although it felt a little bit true and also not true. And so the flip side, obviously with doing something like this is that it happens out in public. It's not something that I'm doing silently in the background. And then when everything is nice and polished, then I present it to the world. And often when we look at social media, if we look at the way, especially now, even with AI, how things are presented, it can be so easy for us to fall into the trap, to think that everyone else has it all together and they have it all figured out and we don't. But here's the truth. There is always going to be someone that, yes, has it more figured out than you, that has it more together than you. And they are also always going to be someone that has it less together than you and less figured out than you, because nobody is perfectly evolved. Nobody has perfectly arrived. And so, even with me, I'm not perfect in my marketing. I'm not perfect in the way that I'm doing this podcast or the way that this video is going to appear on YouTube. I'm not perfect in my embodiment. And this is what I've learned from one of my teachers. There's a lot of freedom in owning that, in owning that you are not perfect in what it is that you are doing, in owning your imperfection. There's a difference between making a mistake and being a mistake. And so often when we make a mistake, we interpret it to say that we are being a mistake, that we are being wrong, that there's something wrong with us. And so, in my own life and throughout this whole year, this is one of the things that I'm harvesting, was the unraveling of that in my body so that I can land on the truth that I am enough and that me making a mistake doesn't equate to me being a mistake. You know, my podcast is named Beyond Burnout now, but it doesn't really ring true for me anymore. And that's not how I am desiring to show up for who I'm here to serve. Many of the women that I was working with tended to be either highly sensitive or they had sensitive nervous systems. So they were sensitive to the environment, to their past experiences, and to the way that they were experiencing life in this moment. And so for a while, I then played with the idea that perhaps my calling was to work with sedative women. And again, this felt both true and also not entirely true. I was going backwards and forwards. What am I going to change the name to? And what is the perfect name? And how am I going to get the name that exactly captures the essence of what it is that I'm here to do if I don't even yet know who or what or why or any of those answers. And so I decided to go the path of least resistance. And this is something that I'm also harvesting from this year, and that is that the path of least resistance is often the right path for Us, if we are faced with a decision, if we need to make some changes, if there's something that we need to do, and we have different options available to us. And out of those options, the one that feels like the less friction, the one that feels like the least effort, the one that feels like the least exhausting and extractive, that is the one of least resistance. And so I asked myself what is the easiest thing to do right now? And I came up with a name, the Feminine Embodiment of Podcast. Because that is what my work is ultimately about. It's about embodiment and the feminine and bringing more of both of that to the world. Something else that I've been navigating this year is some personal health challenges. And what I'm harvesting from this is the crucial importance to be able to honour my own energy and honor my own capacity. And I'm privileged because I'm in a position where I can do that. And in fact, I believe we should all be able to do that. But we live in a world that values productivity and that values output and that values everything that's linked to our go energy. And this is why we need the feminine. So for me, the first thing is that I cancelled my group program that was actually going to run in the last quarter of this year, and I transferred all the women who signed up for the group program into one on one coaching work with me simply because I don't have the capacity right now to be able to hold a group's energy. The second thing that I'm also doing is I have started releasing my podcast episodes and Also then the YouTube video that goes with it. I'm releasing that only every two weeks. And this is the season that I'm in and this is how I honor my own capacity. So something else that I noticed as I went through this journey this year is, and this was especially in the first half of the year, is I noticed how I started going into my head. The more and more I try to solve the problem of what am I here to do and who am I here to serve and what signature offers am I going to create. So I really went more and more into my head. I disconnected more and more from my body and it showed in the way, or it showed rather in the types of office that I was creating. It showed in the way that I was showing up in my business. And I came to a point where I said, I don't want this, I'm not going to do it like this anymore. And so I've had a Lot of experience up until that point, of lived experience, up until that point of bringing the skill of embodiment into how I live my life and how I relate to the people in my life, how I hold my boundaries. I realized that it was time for me to also bring that skill into the way in which I'm running my business. I was also looking at who are the kind of women that are being drawn to my work, who are the women that are reaching out, who are the women that I'm coaching, who do they want to become? How do they move through the world? And. And what can that tell me about part of the medicine that I'm here to bring to the world? So they say that when you start a new business, years one to three, some people say one to five, the first five years. Other people say the first three years are like the startup years. This is where you kind of figure out your direction, figure out what it is that you are here to do and who it is that you are here to serve. So I am perfectly in the right place at the right time, and I'm exactly on target. And so where is my business going to from here? Okay. So even though I'm perfectly on time, I don't have my business perfectly figured out. And that is okay because I know the direction in which I'm going. Between my branding efforts earlier this year and looking at the types of. Of women that I was attracting into my world, plus my own passion and my qualifications and my lived experience, I am 100% clear on the fact that I'm here to help women expand their lives, expand their work, and dial up their magnetism in the process. And what's really, really interesting is that looking back at since I qualified as a feminine embodiment coach, and even before that, when I didn't have embodiment as a concept and I didn't really have the words or the worldview that I do today, this has still always been true, helping women expand. And I truly believe it was only because of this year when I allowed myself to be vulnerable and I allowed myself to be imperfect, and I allowed myself to go into the not knowing, not having it all figured out, trying it out as I go along, giving myself permission to do that has given me the next thing that I'm harvesting, and that's the clarity that I need to actually move forward with all of my power available to me. And so it has also helped me design and bring to you now my new signature offer that I'm so, so proud about. And I'M so excited about and I can fully stand behind it. And it's called she Moves World and it is for female leaders and business owners who are stuck in high alert and stuck in survival mode. And and it's about helping them tap into their creativity and their magnetism so that they can feel so alive and so anchored in themselves that they move worlds. And if this is you, then I would so love to invite you to hop on a free discovery call with me. I'm going to leave a link in the description for you. You fill out a short application form once you've clicked on the link or we'll get on a call together and then we'll chat about your challenges, we'll chat about where it is that you want to get to and see if we're a good fit together and then you can decide if this is the right next step for your next chapter behind the scenes. I'm going to take the next few weeks to slowly change my website copy so that it is a more true reflection of the direction that my business is is going in. But I'm not going to wait for that to be perfect before I actually bring this body of work to the world. So be sure to book that discovery call if this is speaking to you. I also want to leave you with a free gift. I have a guided audio called Tune into youo Truth and it's a 12 minute guided audio. And what this does is it allows you to get out of your head and into your body and tune into that inner truth, that inner wisdom, that inner beacon of knowing of what is right for you and what is your next step so that you can feel more grounded, so you can tap into that feminine wisdom within you and so that you can feel more clear in where to from here. So I'll leave the link for you in the description as well. I really appreciate you tuning in for this very personal episode. I do hope that even though it was my story, there was something in here that resonated with you and that my little bits of harvesting nuggets has sparked some inspiration for you too. Thank you so much for tuning in and I'll speak to you in the next one. Bye.
